RETURN POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

1. From now on, customers can enjoy a 7-day return service (counting from the first day the system confirms receipt). Only full-priced products are eligible for returns; this does not apply to DEMO unit, Open-Box products and discounted products.

2. All products purchased from Cyber System Computer Limited / Cyber-Pro Computer Limited must be returned by applying from shop within 7 days (counting from the first day the system confirms receipt). Late return applications will not be accepted. Returned products must be in original condition with full well-condition packing.

3. When returning and refunding, the original valid product invoice from Cyber System Computer Limited / Cyber-Pro Computer Limited must be presented. Customers are responsible for shipping the returned products to the us. 

4. Returns are not accepted for products that have been cracked, broken, or damaged.

5. If a gift was included with the purchase, it must be returned together with the product.

6. In case of any dispute, Cyber System Computer Limited / Cyber-Pro Computer Limited reserves the right of final decision.
